Madison Taylor is the founder and CEO of Madison Taylor Extension Company. After spending years behind the chair, she created MTEC with one mission: to help hairstylists build more profitable businesses through exceptional hair extension education and products.
Madison developed MTEC’s signature sew-in method and has personally trained hundreds of stylists across the country. Today, she leads the company’s certification program, mentoring a growing team of instructors who carry the same standards and passion that built the brand. While she still enjoys stepping into the classroom for select certifications and special events, her primary focus is equipping MTEC’s instructor team to deliver an exceptional experience in every city they serve.

Host Requirements
To host a class, you must be able to provide:
A clean, professional space that can comfortably accommodate a minimum of 12 attendees.
Tables and chairs for each student to work at during the hands-on portion of the class.
A quiet learning environment free from distractions.
If the class is held within an operating business, it must take place outside of normal working hours to ensure students receive the best educational experience possible.
While we prefer to hold classes on Mondays, we are open to discussing alternative days when needed.
